The main office of D'Orsogna Dolciaria is in the small town of San Vito Chietino (CH) in Italy.
The following small town has been defined by the famous poet Gabriele D'Annunzio as the "brooms' town".
- SAN VITO FACTORY (CH)
- TREGLIO FACORY (CH)
- THE LOGISTIC HUB IN TREGLIO (CH)
D'Orsogna Dolciaria has two productive facilities in Italy and the first logistic hub from which every year 7000 tonnes of alimentary products which are addressed to decorate cakes, snack, ice-creams, chocolate and yoghurts for international brands are produced.
Our managerial policy for the risk of contamination foresees a rigid control system in order to classify the level of allergen in the basic ingredients used during the different stages of the supply chain: the initial status of production to the monitoring of suppliers of raw materials, to the division of areas of production dedicated to the manufacturing of almonds, hazelnuts, milk and eggs' derives. The hygienic system is valid by means of ELISA TEST that detects mg/KG residues in the ingredients' order.
The d'Orsogna Dolciaria facility was opened in Trenton Ontario in 2013, 170 km from Toronto, on a 35000 square feet surface. The company's aim is to repeat the same productivity capacity obtained in the Italian facility with different, innovative and short term lines of productivity.
The productive facility in India is located in Barasmati, 250 km from Mumbai.
Has started a series of negotiations for the creation of a new unit of production in China.
