MERINGUES

Meringues are a traditional product obtained by beating the egg albumen and sugar. At D'Orsogna Dolciaria establishments, meringues assume all possible shapes, dimension, colours and flavours, producing a wide range of selection which go from samples produced with fruit taste to hazelnut.
