D'Orsogna Dolciaria products can be covered with chocolate, cocoa and thei derives, vegetable fats like cocoa butter, palm or coconut oil. Besides home produced biscuits, macaroons, covered candies, cereals, dried fruit, jellies and popping candy which are covered, the covering allows the nucleus to be waterproof in order to save crispness and the products' structure, especially when combined with humid products like ice-cream and yoghurt.
